Yes, we are pleased to offer all Summit speakers a complimentary exhibitor table as a thank-you for your participation. This provides an excellent opportunity to share your books, curriculum, ministry resources, educational programs, and other materials with Summit attendees.
For ministries and organizations participating as Summit sponsors, exhibitor space is also included as part of their sponsorship benefits. Organizations that are neither speakers nor sponsors may reserve exhibitor space for $75.

For ministries and organizations participating as Summit sponsors, exhibitor space is also included as part of their sponsorship benefits. Organizations that are neither speakers nor sponsors may reserve exhibitor space for $75.
Please note that exhibitor space is limited, and we are capping participation at 25 exhibitors. We encourage those interested in exhibiting to reserve their space as early as possible.
Display tables measure 6 feet long by 30 inches wide.
Most display areas consist of two tables connected together, providing approximately 12 feet of total table length.
Exhibitor space assignments will be determined by Summit leadership based on available space, exhibitor needs, and overall event logistics.
Depending on availability and leadership discretion, exhibitors may be assigned either a full table (approximately 6 feet of display space) or a half table (approximately 3 feet of display space).
Because space is limited, exhibitors may be asked to share table space with another ministry or organization.
Tables are in good condition; however, tablecloths will not be provided.
Tables will be positioned throughout the center of the foyer area rather than against walls. As a result, most exhibitors will not have space behind or beside their table for additional displays.
If you have display needs beyond standard tabletop materials, please contact Max Lyons in advance. We will do our best to accommodate special requests whenever possible.
Exhibitor setup will be available during the following times:
Thursday: 4:00 PM – 5:30 PM
Friday: Beginning at 7:00 AM
Display tables will not be pre-assigned. Exhibitors may select their preferred location upon arrival on a first-come, first-served basis within the space allocated by Summit leadership.
